Nobody should have to choose between diapers and dinner.
That's why JCOC is now operating a Diaper Bank — in partnership with Bundles of Hope, a Birmingham-based nonprofit that distributes diapers to families across Alabama.
How It Works
Diapers are available during JCOC's regular open hours. Walk in, tell us what size you need, and we'll get them for you. No income verification. No appointment. All diaper sizes.
Open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday — 10AM to 2PM.
Why Diapers
Diapers don't show up in food bank data, but the need is real. A package of diapers costs $25–$40. For a family already stretched thin, that's a utility bill they can't make, groceries they can't buy, or a shift at work they can't afford to take.
Medicaid and WIC don't cover diapers. Most assistance programs don't either. There's a gap — and JCOC is stepping into it.

Diapers are always on our monthly needs list. If you'd like to contribute:
- Drop off diapers during open hours (any size, any brand)
- Sign up for the needs list — we'll let you know what sizes are most needed each month
- Donate online — your dollars go directly to restocking the bank
