No appointment needed. Walk in any time during open hours — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Just show up.
What kind of food does JCOC distribute?
JCOC distributes fresh produce, frozen meals, canned goods, and other grocery items. Walmart donates produce twice a week, so available items vary. Everything is free.
Can JCOC help with utility bills?
Yes. JCOC can help with electric, water, and gas bills before shutoff. Come in during open hours and tell us what you need — we'll work with the utility agencies on your behalf.
What is Sunny Bites?
Sunny Bites is JCOC's summer food distribution program for families with children 18 and under. It runs during summer break in partnership with Jacksonville City Schools. No enrollment required.
How does the Diaper Bank work?
JCOC distributes diapers through a partnership with Bundles of Hope in Birmingham. Diapers are available to any family in need during open hours. No income verification required.
